Chemiphase CP-9050 boiler sludge treatment is an aqueous solution of synthetic co-polymers and environmental dispersants. It is formulated to condition any debris entering the boiler thereby preventing deposition, and also to aid removal of existing deposits by gradual softening and loosening of scale whilst the boiler remains in service.  A boiler sludge conditioner is a chemical treatment used in boilers to prevent the build up of sludge and scale deposits. Boiler sludge is a mixture of water, minerals, and impurities that accumulate inside the boiler over time, causing corrosion and reducing the efficiency of the boiler.
  • A boiler sludge conditioner typically contains a blend of chemicals that work together to prevent the formation of sludge and scale. These chemicals can include polymers, dispersants, and antifoaming agents. The polymers help to prevent the build up of scale and sludge by binding to the mineral particles and preventing them from forming deposits. The dispersants help to keep the mineral particles suspended in the water, preventing them from settling and forming deposits. The antifoaming agents help to prevent foam from forming in the boiler, which can contribute to the formation of sludge and scale.
  • Boiler sludge conditioners are typically added to the boiler water on a regular basis to help maintain the proper chemical balance and prevent the build up of deposits. They can be used in a wide range of boiler systems, including steam boilers, hot water boilers, and industrial boilers.
  • Using a boiler sludge conditioner can help to improve the efficiency and lifespan of a boiler by preventing the build up of deposits that can cause corrosion and other problems. It is important to follow the manufacturer's instructions and use the appropriate amount of conditioner for the size and type of boiler being treated.

Chemical Description

CP-9050 boiler sludge treatment is an aqueous solution of synthetic co-polymers and organophosphates in slightly alkaline solution.

Product Application

CP-9050 boiler sludge treatment should be dosed either continuously or proportionally into the hotwell or directly into the boiler. It should be dosed to maintain the levels specified by the Chemiphase consultant as indicated by the analytical results. Typical Dosage Rate 80-120 ppm as product.

Features and Benefits

  • CP-9050 is a boiler sludge conditioner which will prevent debris adhering to boiler surfaces.
  • CP-9050 can be used as an on-line cleaner to soften and gradually remove phosphate, carbonate and iron deposits.
  • CP-9050 has been formulated to deal with occasional high hardness excursion in the feed water quality without incurring serious adverse effect on the boiler condition i.e. scale deposition
  • CP-9050 boiler sludge treatment level in feed-water or boiler can be easily monitored by titration, drop test or comparator.

Material Compatibility

CP-9050 boiler skudge treatment is compatible with most other boiler water treatment products. It is compatible with all material commonly used in dosing pumps construction and chemical delivery.

STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE

When stored between 10 and 40oC in the original unopened container, C P 9050 has a shelf life of 36 months from the date of manufacture.

PACKAGING

CP 9050 boiler sludge treatment is available in 20 Litre & 200 Litre & 1000 Litre IBC Containers.
