CP 1991 - Hydrogen Sulphide Scavenger

CP 1991 is a fast acting hydrogen sulphide scavenger for hydrogen sulphide contamination of well fluids, crude oil, oily water and water systems.  H2S Removal will take place very rapidly providing good mixing takes place.  CP 1991 is an oxidising agent so monitoring of corrosion is advisable downstream of the injection points.

CP 1991 must be injected neat into the fluids at a point where good mixing occurs to optimise the removal rate of the H2S from both the oil and gas phase.  Injection of CP 1991 should be continuous as possible in order to maintain a uniform distribution of the scavenger within the fluid.  Please note, use of a positive displacement type pumps are not recommended.  Typical dosage rates will vary from 2-20 litres CP 1991 per kg of removed H2S from the gas

CP 1995 - Oilfield Oxygen Scavenger

CP 1995 is used to remove dissolved oxygen from feed water that is used for water injection systems and hydrostatic tests.  Removal of oxygen from the water will control oxygen pitting corrosion.  CP 1995 is highly concentrated meaning removal will take place very rapidly providing good mixing takes place.  CP 1995 does not react with oxygen in the air.  

CP 1995 should be dosed undiluted into the injection water after the deaerator or to a point where air/water contact is no longer possible.  Recommended dosages : Deaerated water injection systems - 4-20 ppm, Open water injection systems - 10 - 20 ppm per 1 ppm of dissolved oxygen.
