CP 3000 - Oilfield Scale Inhibitor Range

The CP 3000 Oilfield Scale Inhibitor Range is a scale and corrosion inhibitor that prevents the formation of carbonate and sulphate scales. CP 3000 range  is phosphorous free and contains a corrosion inhibitor.

The CP 3000 range improves oil and gas flow by preventing scaling, without causing any change in the crude oil characteristic. The CP 3000 range contains products to prevent scale formation due to calcium carbonate and for prevention of strontium sulphate deposits. It enables the user to maintain scale free surfaces in pipe walls, heat exchangers and valves, thus increasing production efficiency and minimising maintenance, repair and replacement costs. The CP 3000 range has been formulated to withstand the rigours of application on an oilfield and perform equally well accross a wide range of temperatures and pressures.

At Chemiphase we carry out on site analysis  then fully re-analyse back in the laboratory to ensure that the product we recommend is the best possible fit.  Once a product has been recommended we offer on-site technical assistance for the product dosage rates and application points.  This on-site technical service will continue to ensure that the product remains the best solution as the oilfield changes over the years
