Chemiphase CP-9232 cooling tower chemicals is a blend of corrosion and scale inhibitors combined with polymeric dispersants and antifoulants. It provides a high level of protection against scale deposition and corrosion of ferrous and non - ferrous metals.
CP-9232 cooling tower chemicals also has a fast acting components present for controlling microbiological growths that accumulate in the water system.

Chemical Description
CP-9232 cooling tower chemicals is an aqueous solution of silicates and organo-phosphates combined with polymeric dispersants. The components present is based upon the Dimethyl Dithiocarbamate molecule.
Product Application
CP-9232 cooling tower chemicals should be dosed to the circulating cooling water, preferably proportionally, to the make up to maintain the levels specified by the Chemiphase water treatment consultant as indicated by the analytical results.
Typical Dosage levels will vary on the type of water the product is applied with. The usual rate is 150-500 ppm based upon the Organo Phosphate levels.

Please Note:
This product should be alternated regularly with CP-9234 to avoid the microbiological activity becoming resistant to the products killing potential.
STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE
When stored between 10 and 40oC in the original unopened container, CP 9232 has a shelf life of 36 months from the date of manufacture.
