Multi-Bio 600- Complete Biodiesel Package

Multi-Bio 600 is the complete treatment package for biodiesel. It effectively combats and neutralises the problems that can arise when producing and using biodiesel. Multi-Bio 600 is simple to add and is intended for use in B100 blends. Multi-Bio 600 can also be used in conjunction with standard diesel blends.

Multi-Bio 600 Contains

A Fuel Detergent for Improved Fuel Injector Cleanliness
A Fuel Stabiliser for Increased Fuel Stability
A Corrosion Inhibitor for Reduced Rates of Corrosion
A Biodiesel Demulsifier to Remove Water
An Antifoam to Reduce Foaming When Tank Filling

Typical dosage levels are 4000ppm. This can vary depending on fuel quality so we do recommend in-house testing to determine levels.

Application

Multi-Bio 600 needs to be added between 5 deg C and 50 deg C and will need to be mixed thoroughly to ensure full activation of product. Multi-Bio 600 will need a reasonable contact time i.e. 24 hours, for maximising product effectiveness. Multi-Bio 600 can be added at any stage after the initial reaction stage.
