Grease-Eater - Biological Drain Maintenance for Fat Related Drain Blockages

Grease-Eater is a biological drain un-blocker and cleaner which is specifically designed for drains which commonly block with fat and grease deposits. Grease-Eater is generally used in food production areas where food is either cooked or manufactured. Grease-Eater will biologically break down fat and grease deposits by using the fat and grease as a food source turning it into harmless water (H20) and carbon dioxide (CO2). Grease-Eater will become active the second it comes into contact with fat and grease build ups and begin work multiplying all the time creating a larger culture, thus removing deposits faster and faster. Grease-Eater will continue working 24 hours a day 365 days a year if a constant stream of Grease-Eater is dosed into system.

Treatment Procedures:

1. Manual Dosing - this involves mixing 500ml's of Greaseater into 5 Litres of warm water. Add this directly to the drains and allow to stand overnight. Repeat this dose over 4 nights. For heavy duty applications add 1 Litre per 2 Litres of warm water and dose directly to the drain and leave over night. Repeat this dose until the drain clears.

2. Automatic Drain Dosing Pump - this involves a battery operated dosing pump which is connected to the drain via clear dosing line. The pump can be set to dose on a daily basis to ensure that the drain receives the optimum level of Greaseater on a daily basis ensuring the drain does not block over much longer periods. The automatic drain dosing pump removes human error from the equation and ensures less frequent emptying of fat traps and drain blockages.
